Mediation may be defined as the negotiation of a dispute with the assistance and guidance of a neutral party known as a mediator. I offer mediation and related services to those involved in all types of (non-family) civil lawsuits. In brief, I help to settle cases.
To the role of mediator I bring substantive and practical knowledge of the litigation process gained from more than thirty years of experience as counsel. More importantly, I offer the collaborative skills, knowledge and techniques developed through extensive training and experience in the art of negotiation and mediation.
My preferred areas include liability claims of all kinds including property damage, personal injury and professional negligence. I have particular familiarity with insurance coverage disputes, and enjoy the challenges of resolving multi-party litigation.
